Falcons Football Club Refund Policy

       The Falcons Football Club can and will only refund whatever portion of the Club fee qualifies for a refund.     

-        Football Manitoba and Manitoba Minor Football Fees refunds may be applied for through each of the respective associations.        

-        Refunds will only be given if, and when, all fundraising items (tickets, chocolates etc.) and monies for any of those items sold, have been returned.        

-        Refunds will only be given when all loaned equipment has been returned and it is deemed ‘not damaged’.  Any amounts owing for damaged equipment will be deducted from the eligible refund.

Withdrawal from the program before the first practice (June combine). Full Refund
Withdrawal from the program after the first practise (June combine) but before the first regular season practise (August). Club fees paid minus $75
Withdrawal from the program after the first regular season practise (August) but before the first regular season game. 1/2 of Club fees
Withdrawal from the program after the first regular season game. No refund of Club fees
Withdrawal for medical reasons (non Football related) at any time during the season will be evaluated at the time of incident but will be no less than the above refund table.
