MMFA Registraion now open!!!
The Falcons Football Club is happy to announce that registration for the upcoming 2024 season has started! Club football is a great option for any athlete regardless of Skill level or experience. At Falcons Football Club, we strive to make sure everyone has a safe and fun experience that will teach them skills they can carry for the rest of their time with football. This year we will be providing Cruncher, Atom, Pewee, and Bantam teams.
Cruncher division
The Cruncher division focuses on fundamental skills development This division is non-competitive. The Cruncher division does not track scoring for wins and losses but still provides the younger players with an authentic football experience. The Cruncher division aims to provide players with fun and fulfilling practices and games with an emphasis on developing the skill sets that are necessary for the older age groups and football as a whole. There are 6 players from each team on the field at a time, along with one coach from each team who are allowed to provide instruction between plays and help players set up. The Crunchers play on a reduced field size. This division follows some special developmental rules that help promote athlete development.
open to all players turning age 8 and 9 years old in the current calendar year (born 2015 & 2016).
Atom division
The Atoms division continues to focus on fundamental football skills that will athletes will carry throughout their football journey.
The Atom division is competitive. Atoms football is 9 a side with some modified rules in place to help young athletes grow.
The Atoms division is open to players turning age 10 and 11 this year (born 2013 and 2014)
Peewee division
The Peewee division continues to focus on fundamental football skills, while also introducing some more complex plays and skills.
Peewee is usually a 12-a-side football experience. In this division, competitiveness becomes more of a focus but at its core, the Peewee division is still about developing the valuable skills needed to succeed in football through the years.
The Peewee division is open to players turning 12 and 13 this year (born 2011 and 2012)
Bantam division
The Bantam division is a competitive football experience that continues to introduce complex nuances of the game. The Bantam division is also great for players who are new to the sport as fundamental skills are still a big priority. This division is great for players who want another year or two to hone their skills before moving on to different leagues, as well as newcomers to football!
The Bantam division is open to players who are turning 14 and 15 this year (born 2009 and 2010)
